About Michele Sutton

People are my thing, my jam. The people I lead and watch their careers grow & thrive and the people I bring into organizations to match their goals. I have gotten the chance to not only build & launch programs throughout my career, but completely build Talent teams. Data & systems are critical tools to help us spend more time with these people. To free us up to listen to and tell their stories and ensure our goals are in line with the business. During my career, I have been able to implement & launch initiatives around these including Applicant Tracking Systems, AI, Chatbots & Metrics Dashboards to help connect the people, the data & the business.When I'm not mastering the delicate balance between these 2 areas, I'm watching the best team in NY Baseball (the Mets obviously), hiking my favorite trails in Northern NJ or learning more about the world while I check off my traveling bucket list.
