With over fifteen years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership, I have a proven track record of executing strategic plans and budgets, cultivating donors and partners, and enhancing the organization's impact and reputation.I am passionate about advancing the cause of kidney health and improving the lives of millions of Americans affected by kidney disease. I leverage my skills in social networking, public relations, and presentation to raise awareness and support for the organization's mission, goals, and values. I also enjoy motivating and empowering my team of staff and volunteers, creating a success-oriented culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
