My consultant function includes the activity of GDPR / Privacy, Business Continuity and IT Security (ISO 27001), digital forensics for direct clients or as a collaboration with some companies such as E-trace srl (RM), S2E (MI), Privacy & Compliance srl ( RM) for activities on its customers. Every year I make or have made about ten adjustments / maintenance of Compliance Privacy to the GDPR in small, medium and 2 large companies (multinationals). In 2021, Privacy Activities for the transfer of proprietary CEDs of a Japanese TLC operator to the AWS cloud and CED hosted by a large TLC operator. In 2022 risk analysis using the ISO27001 methodology and the National CyberRisk Framework of the Bambin Gesu Pediatric Hospital. In 2022, 4 privacy adjustments were made by companies that deal with green mobility and control of electricity consumption (IoT).In 2020 DPO for two companies that carry out their business in the world of vehicle geolocation services and the IoT for real estate services.In 2021 and 2022 member of the OdV lg. 231/01 for a service company for the geolocation of vehicles and people.A couple of Business Continuity projects, one of which was recently carried out, in an IT company with an operations room for the management of emergencies related to the control of vehicles and people.Forensic analysis mainly covers mobile telephony (mobile device analysis), tablets, computers, hard drives, NAS, networks, IBM SNA 3270 systems and AS400. Activities carried out for large companies in the case of unfaithful employees, unfair competition, theft, illegal activities, ... and for institutional bodies of the State on national or private visibility processes. The role played was of CTP or CTU / Expert.CTU / Expert at the court of Civitavecchia in the categories of Information Technology (digital forensics), Telecommunications systems and Electrical systems.He has held digital forensics courses at the Civitavecchia and Cesena lawyer associations.

Managed all pre-sales and after-sales activities.
