Michele holds over three decades of design communication and brand marketing leadership, including expertise as an entrepreneur herself. Her competitive advantage lies in effectively combining creative and analytical thinking with commercialization. Throughout her career, she has helped clients build and expand their brands. Michele is currently Chief Marketing Officer at Verdence Capital Advisors, a private boutique wealth advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families. Verdence advises entrepreneurs, business exits, and executives. Specialty divisions include Verdence/FAMILY, which focuses exclusively on the unique complexities of growing family office multi-generational wealth, and Verdence/RIA+, a B2B platform serving RIAs in our industry. Michele also serves as a Brand Advisor to SafetyTat LLC, a child safety ID company, where she was their leader and spokesperson for 10 years. Michele built SafetyTat from an idea to a startup company, then worldwide design, manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of ID solutions. SafetyTat has sold products in over 100 countries. As a consultant, Michele specialized in brand and marketing communication. She holds several patents and has been recognized nationally for design and marketing excellence. She excels given a creative or technical challenge. She uniquely approaches marketing strategies from all perspectives of PR, Business Development, Commercialization, Innovation, Data, Information Systems, Production, Manufacturing, Design, and Execution. Michele is also deeply involved in her community. She is a co-founder and board member of Sister’s Circle — a mentoring program designed to support underserved Baltimore City girls and young women.
