Responsibilities include managing the Human Resource processes and systems by providing support, drive, and initiative in areas such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Headcount Administration, Employee Relations, and Communication.

Responsible for examining all documents stipulated in the Letter of Credit. Determined whether or not documents appeared to be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Credit. Transfered funds into accounts after approvals were made.
