CurrentThe UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center is the only cancer center in New Mexico to hold Comprehensive designation from the National Cancer Institute. I write, edit and oversee a variety of pieces as part of the overall marketing and outreach strategy for the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center. These pieces include: press releases, online news stories, scripts for video stories, social media posts, brochures, newsletters, articles, print ad copy, online ad copy, posters, presentations, web copy, interview talking points, and letters to donors. I work closely with graphic designers, videographers and media professionals to share our stories with the public. And, I reach out to local, regional and national media contacts to share our stories.
