- Actively recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates for a variety of Adobe's subsidiaries including Workfront, Marketo, and Magento using LinkedIn Recruiter, job applications, and networking with other industry professionals- Partner closely with hiring managers and Adobe Talent Partners toensure deliverability of candidate pipeline and correct profiling- Understand the current job market and competitive landscape. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for qualified candidates that exemplify skills and values that align with company initiatives for the Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Business Development departments. Position levels ranging from entry to VP- Source and screen candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, PhenomPeople, Greenhouse, and more- Refined Workfront's New Hire Ambassador Program, allowing for a more welcoming onboarding experience, thus, increasing long-term employee retention- Collaborate with Compensation, Finance, HR Business Partners, and respective department leadership to ensure a smooth and competitive offer process.- Statistics: 2019 (April - Jan): 29 days-to-hire // 50 Hires2020: 33 days-to-hire // 43 Hires (decrease in hiring due to Covid-19)

- Scheduled and conducted phone, video and/or in-person interviews- Arranged travel and accommodations for visiting candidates- Used applicant tracking systems to track the status of a candidates interview/hiring process- Facilitated the internal referral bonus process - Managed all Recruiting team finances including budget creation, purchase order payments, and credit card reconciliation

- Maintained and updated data to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance- Supported internal and external recruitment as well as other activities that underpin successful recruiting- Assisted with salary administration and performance management processes including salary adjustments and promotions- Facilitated the onboarding process for all new eBay employees; including visa processing when necessary, offer letter creation, relocation, etc.
