• Responsible for administration of variable compensation plans of ~$40M across 140 employees on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis• Analyzing, evaluating and preparing quarterly presentations for senior executives (Compensation Committee) regarding variable compensation data • Effectively delivered compensation services as well as design and deliver variable compensation programs, inclusive of the rewrite or create Compensation plans documents annually, obtaining Legal signoff and distribution and tracking acknowledgement by participants. • Comprehensive maintenance and use of Varicent (IBM Cognos Sales Performance Management) tool to collect business data, calculate comp and make results available to users• Ensuring integrity of data uploaded from other Fidelity sourceso Administering user access for all changes and ensuring proper access for users to view all levels of data and compensation results (maintaining roles/responsibilities)o Performing system edits to add/enhance/adjust system compensation calculation and validate all comp results for quarterly and annual cycleso Create quarterly Sales and Management Review materials and reports from Varicent data• Develop, create and provide reports to management, users and HR functions across firm• Partner with Corporate HR and business unit management to provide leadership in the design and evaluation of compensation incentive programs and processes, including sales incentives• Work with Corporate HR to analyze survey data and trends and make business compensation recommendations for senior management
