Worked as a Site and Warranty Manager for the warranty period on the CCPP Escombreras (Cartagena) project. During my tenure, I led a team of 15 workers to complete pending items and organize outage works. Within a year, we were able to resolve and close out approximately 8'900 punch list items while optimizing costs with a reduced team and support.

Worked as a lead engineer overseeing the commissioning of water and steam cycles, WHRUs with supplementary firing, steam turbines, and BOP systems on multi-unit projects of up to 1'200 MW in Malaysia, Bahrain, and Spain. I have led teams of up to 15 field engineers and technicians. Despite the commissioning activities being started late, the team was able to complete several projects ahead of schedule by proactive problem-solving, efficient resource planning, and optimization of the installation sequence.
