A former French judge and qualified lawyer with over 20 years' experience in corporate law - most notably in matters of private equity and mergers & acquisitions - I advise numerous investment funds on external growth and restructuring transactions.In the span of 3 years as managing partner of DLA Piper France LLP, I have successfully led the firm's transformation, more than doubling the number of lawyers and tripling our turnover, essentially changing the way we do business in France.Previously, my career has included long stints as a partner for firms including Linklaters (setting up their private equity activity), Willkie Farr & Gallagher (as one of the founding partners of their Paris office) and as a founding partner of Frieh Bouhenic.
