About Michel Gutsatz

My professional experience has taken me back and forth between companies and academia. Since 2016 I have relaunched our family perfume niche brand Le Jardin Retrouvé with a direct-to-retailer / direct-to-consumer business model, a focus on clean beauty and global distribution (we entered China January 2021).I have worked for brands, from luxury brands to mass-market brands where I managed projects that encompass Brand Positioning, Product Innovation, Brand Identity, Design, Packaging and Edition. Over the past 12 years I have developped an intimate knowledge of all consumer cum branding issues in China where I travel frequently.My research & teaching fields focus on luxury brand management, branding strategies and on retail.
