While employed at Worth I was employed as the only system administrator in the company with only a couple senior peers to turn to.My responsibilities consisted of: - Managing the workforce’s requests, supporting any user requests and troubleshooting any incident.- Managing the internal infrastructure consisting mainly of Mac devices, Unifi networking devices and some virtual servers on a HyperV host later turned into a Proxmox host.- Participating in the internal ISO team to create an extensive document library of processes and procedures to pass and maintain the ISO 27001 certification.- Assisting the office manager in an extensive variety of tasks ranging from setting up (virtual) meeting rooms, a working environment, managing and setting up smart-home devices in the network up to patching & pulling network cables and managing a video/audio setup in a conference setup.
