I was called to take the position of Office Manager at the State Bank of India (SBI) for a two phase transition period. 1) To scale down the full fledge Branch in Paris, into a Representative Office. 2) To close permanently the office of the SBI after more than 40 years of history in France.This gave me the opportunity to work succesfully with numerous organisations with such as- The Indian Embassy in Paris, - The Banque de France and ACPR,- The Caisse des Depots, etc. I also managed internal and external audits with KPMG, PwC and had to prepare and explain the administrative process of France to higher authorities in India. All this work was done along with carefully advising clients on the update of procedures.

I have in charge a the general management of the training center:- Regular sessions as a trainer (accountancy, labor law, etc.)- Management of Accountancy a reviewing budgets.- Development of new products and services- Compliance with the law and certification process with external auditors- Setting up of funding application with various OPCA- Following up on funding and clients payments- Recruitment of new competences- Management of HR life- etc.

I am responsible of responsible of operations, marketing, strategy, financing, HR, compliance regulations, sales, PR.I also organize and supervise travels of groups and individuals including accommodation, transportation, food and any other cultural activities or special event.

- Assessment and analysis of proposals from local organizations- Presentation to a validation committee- Edition of funding applications (CFSI; Foundation of France. etc.)- Technical, administrative and financial monitoring of projects: Agriculture, Microfinance, Feeding projects, Water, Health ans sanitation- Regular organisation of assessment visits and field monitoring- Communication: writing newsletters, e / mailings, articles, etc..- Active participation in NGO platforms
