Office Coordinator
CurrentPrimary Responsibilities: Serves as Administrative Coordinator for the GM of a large shopping center in KCMO. Independently planning and coordinating day-to-day operations, functions, and services; directs, coordinates, and reviews assigned activities and operations including full accounting, administrative support, technical and/or programmatic areas to the administrative support staff.Employee Direction: Meet with administrative staff to assign work activities, projects, and verify accuracy of work. Gather suggestions and authorize content on our social networking sites. Tenant Relations: Meet and provide information to potential and existing tenants; permanent and ancillary, being conscious to the specifics of their individual leases and resolve any problems or issues in a reasonable time. Contractor/Vendor: Maintain and follow all yearly service agreements and assure that all work is being performed professionally and on track within their scope of work. Accounting: Perform all aspects of accounting; primarily responsible for creating, tracking, and maintain current year budgets. Report monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. AR/AP; utilizing various computer applications and software packages; maintain and generate reports from a Citrix database or network system (Asset Eye/MRI). Owners Capital: Responsible for maintaining and tracking all Capital projects, including correspondence, Weekly contractor meetings, project approvals, and funding requests.
