· Provide a high level of customer service throughout the Imaging implementation process· Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure a clear understanding and expectation of the Imaging implementation process· Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner· Listen to the customers’ needs and concerns and work with them to achieve a feasible solution· Configure DocumentPower on the customers’ servers to meet the unique needs of each company· Train the customers’ teams on best practices for the use of DocumentPower with the knowledge and skill necessary for their continued success after I leave the site· Provide technical support on DocumentPower for all McLeod customers when in the office· Create customer-facing documentation on common issues. I leave this documentation with the customers, grouped in virtual manilla folders by topic for easy access.· Working knowledge of Logix modules to assist with training and troubleshooting Mobile Capture, eRate, and Billing Accelerator· Working knowledge of Logix Designer to make modifications to Logix projects· Knowledge of LoadMaster and PowerBroker to assist in basic troubleshooting· Knowledge of SQL to allow running scripts for setup and troubleshooting· Actively seek out subject matter experts on other teams to increase my knowledge of their products and to assist with troubleshooting
