As a Sales and Customer Service Executive under the retail arm of PacificLight Power Pte Ltd, PacificLight Energy Pte Ltd, I'm responsible for developing and managing new customer accounts so as to increase retail revenue and market share. With the expansion of the customers' base, renewal of these accounts are also essential. Besides supporting pre-sales such as, providing quotation and explanation to potential customers on current electricity market, I'm also responsible for the after sales service of our existing customers. These includes operational works like for eg. following up of customers' debt, account transfers and frontline works such as reverting on general enquiries and building long term relationship with customers. Setting SOP for current Customer Service Team. Review, analyze and enhance current SOP in order to create better efficiency and be well-prepared for upcoming regulations in the electricity market. Attends external meetings and seminars to better understand the new regulations and scope of the market. Constantly reviewing and testing on current system set-up to bring better efficacy to the team. Involvement in Full Retail Contestability for Customer Service.

Maintaining good account relationship with new and existing customer. Cross-selling of insurance and banking products. Handles daily operational aspects of the bank reconciliation.
