Michelle Allen has had the privilege of working with a select group of extraordinary research, environmental and indigenous human rights organizations and individuals over the past 15+ years including Indian Law Resource Center, Rockwood Leadership Institute, Responsible Endowments Coalition (with founder Morgan Simon) and Greenpeace. Currently, she works at Cognigenics. In addition, Ms. Allen has worked with award winning independent film director Rob Nilsson producing (raising funds) for several of his direct action/socially responsible feature films and documentaries. Ms. Allen serves on the board of directors of the Indian Law Resource Center and holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from Indiana University Center on Philanthropy. She studied classical theater at the University of Southern California and the Juilliard School. Ms. Allen is also a Fellow of Rockwood Leadership’s Yearlong Program.
