Primarily providing recruitment support for non-exempt openings for the Seattle Market(Spokane, Seattle & Alaska) consisting of 26 stores and 21 Auto Centers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to maintaining client relationships, coordinating job fair activity, opening compliant requisitions, job postings, requisition management, phone screening candidates, extending offers, and administrative functions as required through the recruitment process to support sourcing and hiring activity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to maintaining client relationships, coordinating job fair activity, opening compliant requisitions, job postings, requisition management, phone screening candidates, extending offers, and administrative functions as required through the recruitment process to support sourcing and hiring activity.

Maintaining, supported and administrated human resource policies and procedures for more than 100+ associates including salaried managers. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, payroll completion from start to finish, address inquires from associates and management regarding ongoing associate relation issues, selection, interviewing and conducting orientations for applicants through Odyssey and BrassRing systems, review, monitor and ensure federal and state laws were in company compliance, maintain office policies and procedure to ensure a fluent flow in office functions including store's accounts and cash cage, and administrative activities to support and ensure all processes were maintained.Selected as a Human Resource Captain for Spokane District to ensure proper function throughout district. Successfully trained and monitored 10 HR/Office Leads including assistance to all store managers, Assistant Store Managers and District Manager.
