Michelle is a Partner in PwC's Cyber Risk and Regulatory practice. She advises financial services firms across a range of regulations including consumer protection, BSA/AML and asset management regulatory requirements. Michelle specializes in assisting financial institutions in establishing and enhancing regulatory risk management programs including development of compliance target operating models and enhancing fair banking programs including fair lending , unfair, deceptive or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP), Sales Practices and Conduct Risk. Michelle has worked with large diversified, financial institutions to develop regulatory risk management program frameworks including the development of risk assessment methodologies and tools and build of testing and monitoring plans.
