About Michelle Antico Perkins

As the Vice President and Head of Digital for KORRES North America, I lead commercial strategy and execution of the natural beauty brand's online direct-to-consumer business, driving growth, innovation, and customer loyalty. With over 13 years of experience in ecommerce, omnichannel, and digital marketing, I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across multiple categories, platforms, and markets.Before joining KORRES in September 2022, I was the Director of Armani Beauty's online D2C business at L'Oréal USA, where I propelled +177% net sales growth on a $30M+ P&L, breaking all historical business records and outpacing the growth rates of all comparable Luxe division brands. I also managed a cross-functional team and oversaw all aspects of the business, from calendar planning and merchandising to supply chain and project management. I started my career at Gilt.com, first in Supply Chain and later as a buyer & merchant, where I spent 5 years growing the jewelry and beauty categories.
