I have always gravitated to working with small and medium-sized businesses. From business advisory in the financial services industry to building software in the Janitorial vertical, the commitment, energy and creativity of entrepreneurs has served as a great inspiration for my own leadership journey. As the CEO of Swept, I lead a team that is changing the way janitorial services operate.
