As a member of CIBC's Telephone Banking Learning and Development team, I was responsible for the design and delivery of workshops and new hire training to support onboarding and change management initiatives. In consultation with stakeholders, my role was to assess the needs of the teams in the context of new hire and change initiatives, establish outcomes and design and deliver training to reach these outcomes. Designing learning materials, evaluating programs and advising on learning methods and platforms were all key functions in this role.
