As a Les Mills Body Jam and Body Pump instructor, I lead fitness classes to help people with their fitness goals and workout in a fun, no pressure, at-your-own-pace setting. The classes are music based and drive the flow of the class. If you have not had the chance to try a Les Mills class, you are missing out.

**Worked with other sales professionals to build relationships and close business. My main focus was strategic accounts. Working with clients such as Boeing, FBI, DEA, SHRM, Clinovations, E3 Solutions and DOJ, I was a valuable resource when it came to their design and contract furniture needs. Proficient in GIZA, Excel, Powerpoint and 20/20 Worksheet. **Managed a team of project coordinators and project managers. Worked closely with upper management to increase the bottom line by simplifying and tracking the project cycle across all accounts. I implemented new systems and check and balances so we could effectively deliver on time and under budget projects.

Taught high level math at the middle school level. Served as co-director/choreographer for our annual Frost Follies program.
