About Michelle Austin

I am an outgoing and enthusiastic person. My passion is problem solving and being a team player. I am dedicated, driven and I strive for perfection in everything I do. Although my background and most of my experience is in pathogenic microbiology, I have been focusing on error management for over 3 years now. I enjoy solving problems by determining the root cause and then using critical thinking skills to determine corrective or preventative actions. I am very grateful to be working for a company that has such a wonderful mission. I enjoy calibrating and working on lab instrumentation. My favorite instrument to work with is the SpectraStar by Unity Scientific.
