Accountable for effective and efficient planning, routing and data clean-up for all deliveries for several districts in the upper Midwest., working closely with the management team to ensure superior customer service; dedicated to on-time deliveries while maintaining, and continually improving the operational efficiency of all truck/driver combinations. Proactive in leading continuous improvement in all aspects of truck utilization and delivery timeliness.

Location Managing three district offices in Northwestern, Wisconsin. Oversee daily operations for three branch locations: staff of 16 employees. • Hire and train new co-workers on office procedures and oversee the training of drivers and technicians. • Conduct annual co-worker performance reviews and merit increases. • Oversee inventory and supply purchases. • Respond to all bid requests.• Conduct monthly safety meetings and confirm compliance with industry requirements • Compile annual budgets and verify alignment on a daily / monthly basis. • Cultivate and manage relationships with key accounts and vendors. • Represent our company at conferences and seminars.• Perform account receivable duties, including invoicing, researching discrepancies and reconciliations. • Created company's customer service desktop manual and organized company wide customer service training. • Involvement with several committees including : Safety Committee; writing and reviewing safety policies for the company, 'Build the Brand' Marketing Committee; spearheading many new marketing initiatives, New Innovation committee; developing strategic plans and initiatives, System Support Team; training office personal on office software and procedures.
