Performed as the sole Colour Consultant assisting Clients through the selections process, post contract signing. Provided supporting documentation to generate variations to contract, final colour mark-ups and Client presentations.Key responsibilities• 5hr in-studio colour consultations with Clients to select external and internal finishes including all PC items, electrical plans and minor amendments to floor plans. • Generate Price Request Sheet for Estimator to cost potential variation items and present to Client for consideration.• Draw up variations to contract and update colour selections accordingly.• Review Working Drawings, provide final colour mark-ups and colour presentation for construction folder and Client reference.• Submitting applications for Energy Efficiency Reports• Submitting applications for Covenant Approvals• Maintenance of showroom and update products as required.Achievements• Redesign and construction of new colour studio including nomination of products to be showcased and creative input for bespoke Supplier displays.• Providing colour selections for seven display homes• Assisting in design elements for new displays, home designs and front façade options.

FAD Designs specialised in high-rise renovations with projects ranged from simple kitchen make-overs to full re-builds. Taking a very Customer focused approach, we would assist Client's in selecting all PC items. Once designs were finalised a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment would be project managed over an 8 week timeframe.• Project manage full renovations of 3-bedroom high-rise apartments including coordination of trades and services.• Ensure construction process and design complied with Body Corporate requirements.• Liaising with Clients from initial design stage to completion of build.• Maintain professional relationships with Supply Partners.
