Starting with a 3-month Enterprise Content Management strategy/road-map project, Have successfully created and managed an ECM program consisting of 14+ projects including a corporate intranet roll-out, sites templates, information architecture, records management and features to support both the corporate and operational side of the business. Managed the program finances which totaled 10M in services and product revenue. Delivered via the Agile framework, played scrum master and product owner roles on different projects.

Provide lead architect responsibilities as part of an implementation team to deliver sound business critical solutions and may be involved other aspects of the project such as business and technical function design documentation, the actual engineering of the solution, training, supporting user acceptance testing and production. Provide mentoring and training to the local area analysts who provide first and second line support post production.

As part of an IKON local area team, provided principal consultant/lead architect services for document capture/management to clients located in the southeast. Created implementation standards, a project methodology framework, and Business Design/Functional Design standards. Provided training and mentoring to the team in a pre and post sales capacity in all aspects of solution selling and implementation for document capture/management/workflow solutions.Banking/Financial projects with Arvest Bank and ABMRO - both mortgage origination and loan servicing projects. Both projects results in significant reduction in time to approve/deny/fund a loan. Loan servicing projects significantly reduced the time to onboard loans purchased from other lenders for servicing purposes.
