Sales Support Admin
CurrentProvide administrative support to the Sales Department, Customer Success Management, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting and Executive Management. Responsible for processing contracts for all Inside and Outside Account Managers by entering the contracts into Salesforce as well as an order management database. Ensure all contracts are accurate and make updates as required as well as coordinating resolution of issues. Ensure all billing and commission activity is correct after completion of contract entry. Responsible for closing out the month’s production by ensuring all reports and financials balance. Act as a backup to other business units for contract processing. Reassign leads and opportunities between Account Managers. Run and distribute weekly activity reports, which include lead and revenue information. Act as a liaison between the NCAA Account Manager and each school in the NCAA Division I, II, & III. Work closely with Sales Director by maintaining spreadsheets with information that includes quota, monthly sales rep production, and % YTD to quota. Provide support to various departments by answering billing questions and questions about customers’ accounts. Train new Account Managers on Salesforce and Order Management. Work with Software Engineers by testing changes made to existing databases as well as new projects. Spearhead the automation of two databases. Currently working on upgrading our contract processing system to become automated. Previously responsible for organizing sales meetings, which included making all plane reservations, hotel reservations, and setting up breakout sessions.
