Returned to Pfizer to assist the Americas Real Estate Transaction team within Corporate Real Estate in the Global Procurement and Operations division. Supported Transaction Managers in project tasks such as evaluating financial/building analyses, negotiating TI allowances, and reviewing proposals/counter-proposals.Developed and distributed survey to outside constituents to gauge team’s performance in completing transactions.
