Such opportunities have kept my passion burning to make a difference in all that I do. Director, Clinical Training & Physician Services: Builder Of Clinical Training & Management TeamsMerz Pharmaceuticals, Gmbh Jan 2010 - May 2014Field BasedIn January, 2010, Merz Pharmaceuticals acquired BioForm Medical, Inc., where I was promoted to Director, Clinical Training and Physician Services and reported directly to the VP of Medical Affairs. Early on in this role, I finished growing the field clinical training department to an organization that consisted of 5 management-level direct reports and 36 trainers in the US. The training outcomes this group had been producing in the US caught the attention of senior company leaders in Frankfurt, Germany, at which time I was asked to replicate the US trainer team to help facilitate a global trainer presence. I then hired key medical directors and, with their help, installed aesthetic trainer teams in multiple countries spanning the globe. Collectively, the robust clinical education team made significant contributions to the aesthetics industry and cultivated many positive, solid relationships with physician key opinion leaders and many other HCPs.
