I have 20 years of exceptional customer service, based on working closely and communicating effectively with clients/students in a professional and compassionate manner. As a massage therapist and a yoga instructor, my focus was based on what was in the best interest for my customers. This required attention to detail and being able to educate my customers in a way that was supportive and easily understandable to help inspire others to make their health and wellness important to them.I have an accumulative of 7 years in management positions. 4 years were in retail settings that entailed overseeing others performance as well as administrative duties required by the business. 3 years of this management experience was being an independent contractor. This meant building an maintaining a client base that I was solely responsible for. Being and independent contractor helped me to build qualities in self-motivation, being able to stay calm and efficient in busy work environments, creating daily and weekly sales/scheduling goals, and maintaining a professional yet friendly atmosphere for others to feel safe and appreciated in.
