I concentrate my law practice in the area of insurance coverage counseling and litigation. I have been advising insurers and litigating coverage matters for over twenty-five years at both the trial and appellate levels, in a multitude of federal and state jurisdictions. I litigate cases involving most types of policies and coverages including professional liability, errors and omissions, first party coverages, general liability, automobile coverages, and policyholder misrepresentation and fraud. In addition, I have also litigated matters involving fine art, products liability, class action, and policyholder bad faith.Prior to practicing law, I was employed for a number of years in the insurance industry, as both an insurance company claim representative and broker, in the United States and at Lloyds of London, London, England.I am also a certified mediator and, in this capacity, I facilitate discussions and assist parties in exploring the resolution of legal and non-legal disputes.
