My expertise is legal. I have applicable legal secretarial experience in the following types of law: personal injury (plaintiff and defense), corporate, bankruptcy, intellectual property, family, employment and labor, real estate, and criminal. I am currently attending Rutgers University pursuing a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice.At Garden State Correctional Facility, I receive formal and on the job training to learn to apply appropriate state and federal laws and department regulations governing the level of security status, transfer and involuntary commitment of inmate. I also learn how to participate effectively in the activities involved in classifying inmates using the Objective Classification System, coordinates inmates records and prepares materials for use by the Bureau of Parole, the State Parole Board and other committees.
