The value I bring to my role includes considered and data driven strategic business planning, setting tactical goals, then translating this into team workflow with implementation timeframes.A company is nothing without its people. This is always the most important aspect of building a business. Put the right people in the right roles and then stand back and let them do their jobs. I believe you should lead from within, be a part of your team, not above them. Recruit individuals based on their cultural fit with the company, skills can be taught - a qualified individual with an attitude problem is not a good hire, and the rest of your team won’t appreciate it, and they don’t deserve it.
