The field of study that I have chosen requires a personal one-on-one interaction with people, thus affording me the opportunity to impact them on a personal level.I aim to treat all people as valuable assets, to be management with correct guidance, striving to create favourable conditions where they will reach their full potential. I believe that creating a safe environment in the workforce is essential to providing a platform where employees can develop their full worth. An employee who understands their value will automatically be encouraged to deliver productive work. I strive to encourage and motivate others into achieving their highest goals with regard to their skills and competence.
