• Recruit top level administrative, customer service, warehouse, accounting candidates for our core positions as well as specialty positions such as marketing, warehouse management, sales opportunities, etc. • Interview and identify temporary, temporary- to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates• Utilize online career boards such as: CareerBuilder, Indeed, Craigslist, etc. to recruit the best quality candidates• Pre-screen potential candidates over the phone• Perform oral fluid drug tests, background and reference checks on new hires • Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance• Interview and administer evaluations to determine skill level of candidates • Review hire documents with candidates after interview, including filling out I-9 and W-4 forms correctly• Select the right candidate to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure satisfactory performance.• Complete forms for worker’s compensation codes, run D & B reports to assess customer credit risk, send out credit applications to new customers • Attend facility tours of current customers to see their operation in order to provide the most qualified candidates • Enter and process time-card information for over 100 employees on a weekly basis • Responsible for staying current on employment laws
