I have experience working in both formal and informal educational settings, covering a wide age range from early childhood to adult education. When asked which age group I prefer to work with, I always respond, "The one I'm working with right now."I believe that every person has a natural curiosity about the unknown, and tapping into that curiosity is the starting point of the learning process. I take pleasure in identifying the needs of learners and developing plans to address those needs. Through my background as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, PreK-8 administrator, and learning designer, I have had abundant opportunities to create learning paths for both children and adults.Over the years, I've discovered that the people I've worked with have also been my teachers!
