As a Project Manager at the Respiratory Gene Therapy Consortium (GTC) based at Imperial College London, I have had the privilege of guiding trans-formative initiatives since 2018. Within this role, I assumed a pivotal position within the GTC Strategy Group in 2021, where I've played a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic directives.In addition to my role at the GTC, I am a co-founder of AlveoGene, an innovative company dedicated to revolutionising outcomes for rare respiratory diseases through inhaled gene therapy solutions.My journey at Imperial College began in 2010, initially serving as a PA. Over the years, I progressed to the role of Assistant Project Manager, overseeing key programs such as The Biomedical Research Unit in Advanced Lung Disease (BRU) and The UK Respiratory Gene Therapy Consortium (GTC). This collaborative effort united leading CF gene therapy groups across Imperial College London, the University of Oxford, and the University of Edinburgh. In 2018, I assumed the role of Project Manager for the Respiratory GTC, steering projects to success while also overseeing the Gene Therapy Groups projects at the National Heart and Lung Institute.Driven by a steadfast commitment to scientific and healthcare advancement, coupled with a passion for fostering collaboration, I am deeply dedicated to catalyzing positive change within the realms of research and project management.
