Through AIA billing or sending invoices as they are invoiced. Also, getting any documents to the customer like a certificate of insurance for the jobsite, and any other documents they may require.*Making a file for new customers and new vendors.*When a customer requests we sign a lien waiver on progress or a final lien waiver I pull an age analysis to make sure the lien waiver is correct and have a manager sign off on. Then scan a copy and email customer and/or mail a hard copy to the customer.*When payments are received I apply payment to the account. After applying all payments received to customer accounts I run a cash balancing report that should match the deposit for the bank of all payments received for the day.*For customers requiring AIA billing, I enter the building material from the invoices on the G702/G703 Excel spreadsheet. Have it signed off on by management and having it notarized if required. Then send to customer along with the invoices.*Updating files and AIA billing with change orders.*Making collection calls or reaching out to the customer via email for those who are over 60 days. *Match invoices with receiving paperwork to submit invoices to corporate to be paid. Making corrections and adding freight charges if need be.*Processing credit memos and supplier returns.*Ordering office supplies.*Entering sales orders.*Special projects. -
