In charge of leading Instellar’s strategic marketing initiatives for social media content (Instagram & Linkedin). Reporting directly to the CEO. Within the first 3 months, successfully increased Instellar’s social media following and created posts that reached highest engagement of all time. Building community partnership connections with over 30 fellow incubators. Interviewing various brands (SME to Corporates). Handling up to 5 projects and being responsible for each of the projects' branding, contents, media, and community partners. Instellar is a company that helps building responsible, sustainable, and impactful businesses. Instellar has assisted in growing more than 130 businesses.

As a new project intern at PT Nutrifood Indonesia, I am responsible to recap all the operational bills of Radjawali Semarang Cultural Center— their social business— and provide price recommendations. Then, I conducted financial analysis for the department, such as Profit/Loss, BEP, Payback Period, Projected Revenue Growth and Expected Return. Those analysis help the company to make future strategies, especially the marketing strategies. Furthermore, I also gave some social media strategy recommendations, and was given the responsibility to manage their social media (through STEPS Creative Agency) afterwards.
