I take claims for customers who have had water leaks and need help on their water bills or for repair. I started here in October of 2018 and was the first employee that was hired. I have mentored current and new agents, entered customer bills into our system to be paid, and was responsible for making the schedule for 8 employees. I also was given tasks as they arose. I was also responsible for planning and implementing the yearly Team Building retreat.

Turned a casual once every other month craft day at a local library into a business planning and implementing Craft Weekend Retreats in the Central Kentucky Area.
