Benestar is a wellbeing consultancy and Australia's largest EAP provider, looking after customers wellbeing at the individual, team and organisational level. Responsible for managing the Learning and Organisational Development Department for Benestar nationally. Primarily focusing on proactive wellbeing services including face-to-face and digital training, coaching and career transition. The OD team designed and delivered approximately 1,800 workshops pa, supporting clients through innovative programs and exceeding their desired learning and wellbeing outcomes.

Cover-More Group is a global travel insurance, medical assistance and employee assistance provider (part of Zurich Group). I consulted and collaborated with senior stakeholders to identify learning and organisational development needs and capability gaps. I designed innovative program solutions to address these needs including managing strategy, program and content design, facilitation and evaluation. Programs included: Leadership, Talent and Succession, Customer Service, Sales, Commercial Acumen, Performance Management, etc. Ensuring program sustainability through leadership buy-in and support, participant engagement and accountability, coaching, practical application, resources and measurable ROI. Also responsible for the management of the Cover-More Group Wellbeing Program strategy and initiatives.

Quantium is a global data analytics and consulting business. Key focus of this role was to develop and manage the learning framework for the company. Leading the strategy, development, delivery and evaluation of learning, culture and engagement programs and practices. Consulted with key stakeholders to identify Learning and OD needs and implement quality learning and development initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Promoted and championed programs to the business as well as evaluation reporting, analysis and data insights. Developed a Quantium Professional Development Program ensuring that all aspects of employee development and training needs were catered for across various roles. Also responsible for assessing external providers, and RFP’s and led the decision process and negotiation. Managed the employee engagement survey and other various culture initiatives and events.
