Develop and deliver trauma-informed psycho-social groups to women in prison. Support women with a history of domestic abuse to offer 121 and group domestic abuse awareness and understanding. Supporting women to develop links to their local domestic abuse organisations on exiting prison. Creating safety plans for women exiting prison going back to domestic abusive relationships.

Offering trauma-informed holistic one to one support to women across 9 pathways of need.

Starting in the new year, I will be working with young people who have ideas about the direction they'd like to go in and matching them with mentors, ideally from their chosen industry, who can help them to grow and develop in their chosen career path. I will also be doing youth work and working at The Link in Gloucester, which is a high street shop front set up especially to help young people with any issues they may be experiencing, this could be applying for educational courses, finding a job, homelessness, benefits issues or signposting them to other services for any issues they might be experiencing.Previously to this, I have been working full time at Young Gloucestershire as an NCS Engagement worker and administrator.
