ECKA Granules is an international company and one of the main supplies of high quality metal powders including alloys, granules, ingots, semi-finished components and ready-to-press blends for the manufacturing industry. I was the only administrator within the UK office so my role was varied and challenging duties included:• Managing sales order process• Liaising with clients (UK, Japan, Europe and U.S.A)• Manage the invoicing and purchase order process• Sending all correspondence for the company (email, letter, fax)• P/A duties (scheduling meetings, diary management, travel arrangements)
