Assisting all product managers and the Head of Marketing within the Consumer Commemorative Coin business.I was required to create product requirement documents, support and present sales briefs to the customer service teams, draft creative briefs for both packaging and campaigns, and support in the over-arching product strategy.

The main objective of my role was to deliver integrated marketing communication campaigns in order to achieve strategic business objectives. I was accountable for delivering measurable marketing campaigns on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality. My responsibilities included:- Maintaining the company website for Pelican Healthcare, and building all social media profiles including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.- Producing product marketing communications collateral & promotional aids, specially product literature and catalogues.- Being an integral part of multiple product launches, with responsibilities ranging from promotional aids, email campaigns, communication within the company and website.- Regular presentations to the sales teams and senior managers, informing them of ongoing marketing activity, campaigns and results.- Utilising market research and market analysis to influence campaign development and strategic decisions.- Producing monthly analytical reports for senior managers.- Competitor analysis reporting, in order to influence future strategic decisions.- Developing the core positioning and messaging for all products, both existing and new, within the company's portfolio.- Artwork updates for in-house and external promotional material using the Adobe InDesign suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop.- Creating and delivering fortnightly email campaigns to all customers, and measuring their success.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, my responsibilities were to support the Marketing department with all advertising, marketing materials and promotional activity. This would include:-Intergrating marketing activites across service areas, and evaluating and reporting on their effectiveness.-Monitor production of all marketing materials and promotional aids to ensure consistency.-Assist in the organisation of company participation in sponsorship and community programs.-Support the company social media profiles to meet long term strategic plan.-Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to the data protection legislations.-Responsible for monitoring all marketing stock levels and obtaining quotes/re-ordering within budget guidelines.
