In my role as Customer service manager, I was allowed to enhance my organisational and interpersonal skills in a high-stress environment. I was given multiple important roles throughout my time with the organisation including, rostering responsibilities, customer service responsibilities, human resources responsibilities.During this time I was given multiple responsibilities that were integral to the smooth running of the franchise when the Store manager was not on site.

I worked at a call center providing excellent customer service to customers who have suffered severe losses. These losses include cars that were written off or involved in fires, theft, malicious damage or fatalities. I worked under multiple policies which required a great understanding of Target Market and Product Disclosure Statements. My role in the claims process includes handling inbound and outbound calls to third parties, arranging repairs, updating customers during the claim process, paying out claims, and actioning claims to it's full completion ensuring a satified customer.

I worked as an account management specialist with the E-Toll department of Service NSW, where I helped maintain the accounts of customers, help them order new tags and close or open accounts, and change payment details. In addition to this, I was also responsible for managing Regional Seniors Travel card applications, taking general inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
