Capital Management teams in managing various credit lines with commitments exceeding $1.5b across multiple funds. This role includes determining and tracking lender covenants, maintaining up to date portfolio status summaries, and delivering lender required reporting at regular intervals. • Maintain a central database of all lender materials and requirements• Preparation of property and portfolio level collateral and performance status reporting • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting activities, including aggregation and validation of reported financial and performance metrics• Communicate with internal and external (lender) stakeholders to satisfy reporting requirements and respond to ad-hoc data requests• Facilitate project management around key initiatives• Identify and implement improved reporting standards and templates to all stakeholders to exceed stated requirements

* Manage process and review operations for the strategic recovery division of Amherst Holdings to include systems, data, reporting and accounting* Manage the obligatory contractual reporting to Amherst Advisory clients and investors* Business unit liaison to IT development team to build proprietary system of record (ART) under the CRM platform and used as AAM's data repository, to include deal information, loans, review and audit activity, accounting, and produced all output of reporting for clients, daily operations, and management* Manage all billing and accounting tracking of expenses between vendor network and legal partners of Amherst Advisory. Manage the appropriate allocation of expenses to Advisory investors and clients and subsequent tracking of reimbursement to Amherst * Perform parallel month-end reporting with team's business analyst of all invested position's valuation and risk* Devised training and reference material for processing staff; update and maintain company published policies and procedures
