As the Estimating Coordinator working with the LV estimating team my role included logging and reviewing all new tender documents for major projects in the Data Centre, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Commercial sectors, quantifying all drawings and tabulating information from the estimating software. Preparing and issuing tender documentation to suppliers & subcontractors, administering all RFI’s to consultants, suppliers, and Clients. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and subcontractors for timely delivery of quotes. Inputting take-off into the estimating package, providing senior levels support in maintaining and updating cost databases to accurately. reflect fluctuating material and labour costs.

My position here in Contracts Administration was to contribute to the development and implementation of contracts by sourcing documents and existing contracts to manage the required contract outcomes , Administer contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and update existing contract details to maintain contract information. I was responsible for establishing and maintaining stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimize risk, and maximize the value from the contract. I would generate all reporting obligations for various waste streams then prepare and submit to the customer according to the contractual agreement and I would analyze and report on specific risks associated with any contracts.

Roadwork Solutions provide the management for the safe movement of traffic and protection of pedestrians and workers, through and or around construction work sites across NSW. My role was to supervise teams of traffic controllers for various construction projects across Sydney's CBD. This involved carrying out company risk assessments while incorporating the contractor’s safety management plans, project risk assessments and SWMS, assisting with the implementation safety of team by ensuring correct PPE is worn, coaching team members to achieve strong coordinated HSE outcomes in line with WHS, OHS and environmental legislation and setting up sites in accordance with the traffic control plans.

E-Tech Group is a Construction and construction-related services suitable for commercial and industrial projects of varying scope, budget, schedule, and complexity. They are an accredited service provider of Civil & Construction Level 2 Electrical works across Australia and are currently engaged in major projects to deliver a lasting Infrastructure across Australia, working with National Contracts including the NBN & Supplying ASP Electrical Level 2 services to residential, commercial and Industrial Clients.In Operations, the key responsibility of my role is the management of new & existing clients. This involves overseeing day to day activity onsite, either remotely or with site visits, I undertake various tasks in order to provide our client’s with the highest standard of service including forecasting and scheduling projects and resourcing construction & office staff to pre-empt a client’s needs. I also liaise with suppliers/wholesalers and have built strong relationships to ensure all product delivery when required. A more technical aspect of my role is that I oversee the CRM facility, this entails being fully across all features and capabilities of the CRM product. I also manage accounting and financial reporting requirements for the business.

This entails invoicing, statements, payments, adjustments, setting up accounts, reconciliations, producing monthly reports and assisting with month end closing.

As Payroll Administrator I undertook the preparation and processing of weekly payroll for over 150 employees. This involved the calculation of payroll tax, PAYG, superannuation and other awards associated with the Building and Construction industry.I further assisted in resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information
