Managing change and building new teams/organisations is another area of expertise.Testimonial:I first knew Michelle Cornish when she was a very young and enthusiastic problem solver in the early days of the establishment of Centrelink. She was one of the young stars we identified to find new ways of delivering better service. Michelle is clever and had a great emotional intelligence making her a leader for the modern age, capable of anticipating the future and taking people with her. She had a strong sense of doing what is right and of benefit both to the aspirations of policy and the interests of the citizen.Sue Vardon AO
