In this position I collaborate with Health Benefits Department leadership and partners to define and execute strategic operations and initiatives. This role is a dynamic member engagement, enabling collaborative experience with the Health Benefits Trust program and our member municipalities, local officials and other affiliate organizations across North Carolina.

Manage and validate all data into the Customer Resource Manager. Cross-departmental position aimed at identifying gaps in data and assist in collection of data to be used for analysis of trends, business functions, and productivity increases. This position interfaces with and coordinates across various departments, teams, stakeholders, and municipalities to ensure data is collected, analyzed and utilized properly.
