Our team provides training and support for the retail employees of UCB. We have team members in each state - GA, FL, NC, SC, and TN. We are broken into three groups - Branch Support Desk, Regional Support Specialist, and Training Department. We aid communication from departments to the branches. We strive to identify challenges and come up with a solution. We update policies and procedures and job aid manuals. We also assist with all merger acquisitions. Our mission is to use all available resources and partners to support, encourage, train, and educate all members of the United team, with a goal of reaching operational excellence.

Various customer facing roles. Served as a mentor and subject matter expert in each of these. Created job aids and always looked for ways to do things as efficient as possible.
